We use  delivery service. For Free Local Deliveries your parcel will be delivered at a time when you are available, when checking out of our shopping cart you will be able to let us have your convenient times. Orders received before 11am will be processed and dispatched that same day if in stock and available. Orders received after 11am will be dispatched the following day. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, delivery is normally up to 1-3 working days. Delivery days are Monday to Friday.
Free Local Deliveries are Monday to Saturday There are no deliveries at Weekends, Bank Holidays or National Holidays. We will do our best to fulfil all orders but in exceptional cases, such as where supplies are unobtainable or temporarily out of stock we will contact you to suggest an alternative item or let you know the time delay.
Returns Policy: Claims will not be accepted for damages or shortages unless they are reported to Wagtail Pet Supplies within 2 days of receipt and we request that all customers open boxes and check them as soon as possible after receipt. In addition, goods will only be replaced if they are found to be broken in transit or if a problem has occurred during production. |
